These terms cover your use of the Chef Stack game.

Using Chef Stack

Chef Stack is a game provided for entertainment. It runs on your device and is designed to be played offline.

Your progress

Game progress is stored on your device. Deleting the app or losing your device may remove your progress, as there is no account to restore from.

Purchases

Unlock Full Game is a one-time purchase through the App Store and is subject to Apple’s terms. Restore purchases is available on a new device signed in to the same Apple ID.

Availability

We may release updates that add content or change features.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Chef Stack is provided “as is”. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
