These terms cover your use of the Tiny Insurance game.

Using Tiny Insurance

Tiny Insurance is a game provided for entertainment. The claims, customers and cases are fictional and are not a depiction of, or commentary on, any real person, company or insurer, and are not financial, legal or insurance advice.

Your progress

Game progress is stored on your device. Deleting the app or losing your device may remove your progress, as there is no account to restore from.

Purchases

Career Pro is a one-time purchase through the App Store and is subject to Apple’s terms. Restore purchases is available on a new device signed in to the same Apple ID. Credit packs are consumable purchases.

Availability

We may release updates that add cases, features or content.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tiny Insurance is provided “as is”. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
